SHIPPING POLICY

Under normal circumstances, we aim to ship all orders within 3 working days and often a lot quicker. However, in light of the uncertain times we are all currently facing, our couriers are not guaranteeing timed deliveries particularly when using third party courier services in other countries. We expect this to get better over time when (fingers crossed) the pandemic subsides globally.

If there are any delays in shipping we will get in contact with you as soon as possible after you have placed an order and let you know the estimated timings for delivery.


For orders placed through the GENT London website, you will receive an automated message once your order has been dispatched, which will include tracking details. We typically use DHL Express for UK and Worldwide shipping, with all shipments to mainland Europe sent by DHL Economy.

 

Please note that if your order is suspicious in nature or flagged as high risk for fraud, under our Terms of Business we reserve the right to cancel an order. We will notify you if this is the case and discuss alternative payment options.

It is your responsibility to ensure that your address details are accurate when placing your order - under our Terms of Business you have a responsibility to let us know immediately if the shipping address you have provided is not accurate.
